What would be a good equivalent for the "Sieg Heil!" salute for a French equivalent of the Nazis? (Not the actual Nazis, but a similar ATL group in France)
It would likely be something very similar, since the Nazi salute was based on the imagined 'Roman salute' and was quite common as a symbol of shared commitment, at least in art, in the 18th & 19th centuries. For example, there's the painting of the 'Tennis Court Oath' taken by the Third Estate of the French Estates-General, one of the moments leading up to the French Revolution. In Napoleon's time, there's the painting of the army taking an oath to the emperor on the field of Mars (Serment de l'armée fait à l'empereur après la distribution des aigles au champ de Mars, 5 décembre 1804). Both of these show salutes similar to what was later used by the Nazis. OTL, similar salutes were in fact used in France (see the 'Elsewhere' section of the 'Roman salute' article).

The MS Stockholm (1941) had no likelihood of being commercially viable for its intended service.

However, if the MS Stockholm (1938) were completed as intended in March 1939, it would have a brief transatlantic career before and early (1939-1940) in WW2. Afterwards, it would be dedicated to cruising or internment in New York until seizure, charter or purchase by the US as a badly needed troopship since the MS Stockholm (1938) and MS Kungsholm would be the more capable Swedish-American line ocean liners for troopship purposes compared to M/S Drottingholm and M/S Gripsholm. After WW2, the MS Stockholm (1938), assuming it stayed afloat and seaworthy as of now and implying its survival in WW2 and after a collision with SS Andrea Doria or an equivalent collision with another ship, would have a career similar to its otl replacement and namesake of 1948.

What could a plausible alternative to the Bretton Woods System be in an alternate timeline that lacks the near unassaillable US economic dominance (Where the winning powers are in a more equal economic situation to each other)?

Would something like Keynes' proposal of International Clearing Union and Bancor be viable?

Would it be possible for Italy to annex Albania and expel the Muslim population to Turkey? There were plans for this from Yugoslavia and Muslims were commonly expelled once the Ottomans were removed. I assume this would require Italy to be satisfied with just Albania proper instead of eyeing Kosovo and other Albanian-majority areas. The Balkan justification of them being "Turkish invaders" or just being Muslims in "rightly Christian Europe" would work here.

What would music and culture be like today if Weird Al focused on architecture instead of parodies? As it is, he has a full degree in architecture and was valedictorian of his college. He's a very bright man.

Weird AI's attention on architecture would butterfly his parodies and their influence on music and culture today.

Maybe Alfred Yankovic, lead architecture of his day, would lead a revival of Gothic and innovative use of concrete forms.

Meanwhile in music the duo Barnes & Barnes continue to rock up the novelty and parody charts….

Hello how is everything?

I'll ask here because you'd recommend it to me.

What would have happened if Pokémon had appeared first on the Game Boy Color instead of the GameBoy?

so three questions

1) If the Whites had won the Russian Civil War, who would've been Kolchak's most likely successor and who was the White's equivalent to Joseph Stalin?

2) What would've been a better way for Mexico to stabilize and have a legitimate democracy instead of the PRI Dictatorship? Was Madero the best option or were there other far better choices?

3) What could help save the young Chinese Republic and ensure there is no civil war there?

Is there a way to have British India transition to independence in 1947 in a much more balkanized fashion, such that there are at least eight sovereign countries where OTL only has three?

Is it possible to add enough regional factionalization to the various independence movements such that it doesn't delay their working towards independence, but afterwards they can't cooperate enough to agree to come together in a union state?

With an early enough PoD to butterfly away the 'all-India' independence movements (such as the Indian National Association) then perhaps the various states/regions of India could campaign/agitate for independence separately. I'm very (very) far from being an expert* but I think you'd probably need a PoD sometime around the middle to end of the East India Company's 'rule' so that the British government, when it takes over, doesn't just treat the whole of India as one, but instead as different countries.
* so if someone who is an expert has a different opinion, feel free to disregard my thoughts...
