Not sure which one would be better but the international central africa should be used as a platform for a democratic federation, thus bypassing most ethnic issues that come with carving out independent nations out of european colonies.

B) Same reason but make the LoN-led Central Africa into a unified federation that's under an Anarcho-capitalism (Ancap) ideal since it's already under many corporations.
So basically a LoN oversight nation state? I like the idea but the majority of the LoN could make, or break itself depending on how that would go. Can we unite ethnic and religious divisions to create a united state, culture and society there? Can we modernize it into a modern state out of the shackles of colonialism? And so on ...

Indeed, if it works we could model other liberated areas and former colonies based on a proven working model for sure.
A) Faster the problem is solved the faster it ain't our problem
True indeed, if we manage solving it.
Understandable sentiment, except that by virtue of the LoN any troubles that these new countries go through will indeed be our problem
That would be a hell of a task and cost the LoN much ressources, determination and overall focus and the whole world would look to see if it works or not. In fact I can see pro-LoN and pro-world government globalists use it as a example of their future goals, while nationalist and other regionalist movements would oppose it because of how it was created and what it stands for either way.

B) Too much haste could potentially lead to future crises, so would be better taking time to make sure decolonisation is done with the proper care.

I think that if we create borders based on ethnics, religions and culture, with the center of Central Africa becoming the capital for where all of the world's populace, said capital would also become a metropolitan center of the eventual new organization that'll inevitably replace LoN, especially with Europe becoming more volatile, militaristic and falling into a dictatorships with smaller nations like the Benelux, Baltics and Switzerland is the only democratic nations in Europe while Gaulic France, Nationalist Germany, Mussolini's Italy & the Soviet Union vying over control and influence of Western & Eastern Europe while the Balkans has become a proxy war between Germany, Italy and Soviets.

Ironically, Asia is slowly becoming more stable, minus South East Asia that's under British, French and German control. Of course it still has problems from communists, banditry and power-hungry Warlords but compared to Europe... yeah. Hell, Japan, Korea and China (at least the western half) are becoming more democratic, I believe they would join or even become the founders, along with United States and remaining Western democratic nations, of the United Nation. Then again, since this is a time the far-right... yeah.

In the Ambition to speed up Anti-Colonialism and propose a model that took care of the local ethnic and religious division, the League Of Nations Central African Free Trade Zone, already overlooked and neutralized by the League of Nations was turned into a more federal union, a democratic republic and basically a nation state in it’s own rights. Internationalists, Globalists and Anti-Colonialits helped the project, as well as many Capitalist who believed their business opportunities would be greatly increased without Colonial Powers potentially opposing them because they were from other nation states. As a solution for the region regarding the various official colonial languages even, Experanto was chosen as the new lingual Franca instead of Belgian, French, English, Italian, German, Portugues, Arabic and other local dialects and languages. Aiming to prove de-colonism could not only work, but be less costly then direct rule, while still opening up resources and markets to American and European colonies trough trade. Brazza-Leopoldville was the new capital for now until a better central one could later be build near the Congo River, Luuga Lake, or Tanganyika Lake. Any such plans however greatly relied on good vaccines and medication against a bunch of tropical diseases in the Congo Jungle Area many outsiders were not accustomed to. In strong opposition to colonialism, imperialism, but also racial divisions and views of the time, the League of Nation believed that if Africa the Cradle of Humanity could be turned into a functioning, thriving democratic republic, the whole world might rally around it instead of rivaling nation states, of despots, tyrants and warlords who fought wars against one another. Banditry, hunger, poverty and even slavery still existing in some parts of the League of Nations Mandate for Central Africa needed to be addressed, but it was believed the more democratic nation states, especially the Western and Westernized ones would actually ally and support behind the idea.

No major vote here this week, but next chapter will be Decmber 1940.

Also the new Central African League of Nation State for now has colonial administration borders, that will change quickly.
